...wasn't my cast's turn to perform the pantomime, and yet I still ended up acting on stage anyway.

Why?

'Cos as we waited in the main rehearsal room, we were all told to sit down and informed that two students had been expelled!

This led to an uproar, as we were told that another two students had complained to the head of college about them saying that they made life at college an absolute misery.

I ended up filling in for one of them, as a character I don't even play in my cast. Strangely enough, I knew every line, and got praised for it.

I got slaughtered at the pub afterwards.

So you've been ejected from the Royal Thespian's Association then?

Despite the fact that they're performing very well?

How many times - I'm interested in how catastrophically they fail each and every time.

And 'cos you're a Losers' Club fan...

I wanted to feel all warm and fuzzy in the knowledge that I was right as per usual.
