All the consoles thats alot i assume you mean current consoles. but yeah get rid of your ps2 and xbox and gamecube.
Walk down to your local supermarket adn ask for their biggest box (which will be free) then take it home and sit in it and play i find pretending it's a tank or car is best.
The entertainment you get compared to the money you didn't pay is well worth it.

I sold mine for the XBOX a year back, now.
But anyway, I'd sell the one I'd miss most - and the one with the least promising future.
With only Gran Turismo coming up for PS2 that really excites me, I'd get rid of that.

Forza Motorsport on Xbox soon. Will more than make up for no Gran Turismo. Music Maker for Xbox is sort of in the same vein as Eyetoy. San Andreas will likely end up on Xbox anyway. If not, at least there is the GTA Double Pack.

Someone at work wants to buy it and it would give me the money for a DS + make my wife happy that I have one less console.

PS2's (even the standard ones) are going for close to £100 even without any games :0
If you're going to sell any one of the three, it simply must be the PS2.
The lack of Gran Turismo 4 is made up by PGR, San Andreas wasn't as good as everyone hoped, and with Zelda and Resi 4 out on the Cube (now only £65 - no big money for selling) there's no point selling that.

Sell it and buy a new one, there's such a shortage of them that you'll make a profit when the new ones come into stock in the new year!
yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes - Chunk it out of a top floor window, then take pictures of it mangled on the pavement, then send them to Sony HQ. Oh and record the sound it makes as it hits the ground and send that to Sony as well (just make sure you encode it as an ATRAC3).
