My PCTV card insists that its twain driver is being used by another program. However, I've checked the applications running and nothing runs which uses twain. The setup/testing program works so I know the card is working, but every time I try to run PCTV it laughs at me.

So I need to find out why my PC is/thinks it is using the twain driver for PCTV...

um...help?

Yes, but they are different Twain drivers for each. hmm.

Have you got a scanner or digital camera pluged in/turned on?
