There's probably about 1 million registered eBay users in the UK - so thats £2.5 mil they're giving away.
However it only applies to Paypal auctions over £20 - so they'll make a fair bit of it back in paypal fees.
Still a nice gesture.

thats a pretty nice present considering how many people they are offering it too. thats alot of money they are going to shell out to do all that. shame more companies don't give stuff like that. *hint hint*
