How can i beat the pokemon leaque in fire red
I'd train up some more as your supposedly good party sn't good enough to fight him. All you do is remember what pokemon he always starts a fight with and if you get that oen victory without a loss then you have a chance.
Also once you've beaten the elite four once DO NOT try again until you are at level 65 or higher as they do increase their level after you beat them once.

You obviously need to train up more.
And buy loads and loads of health items.
