Many developers are noticing that Game Boy Colour games appear dark and muddy on the newer Game Boy Advance LCD screen, and WayForward is taking measures in making sure that their game looks its best on the Advance system – one of Shantae's main draws is its use of vibrant colours, and it would be a shame if the game didn't look as lively on the GBA.
