The account that you're currently logged into doesn't have administrator privileges. Do you share your PC with your parents or anyone else? Who is the owner of the computer?
Chances are that one of the other user accounts is set up to be an administrator, so if your Dad owns the computer you can get him to install the game, or do it through his account.

i've seemed to sort it out now and the game works fine. IT'S AMAZING!!!!
If you having problems at this part just wait until you try and get it working via steam.
