When did it get bad? They're really all pretty similar... except social distortion, as you can probably imagine from the name! Oh, and Wierd Al is a total loon, but he's also hilarious. He can immitate ANYONE'S voice... you should hear him with 'American Pie':

They rock. Everybody Changes from keane is awesome. but the whole cd altogether is really depressing. The Modest Mouse CD rox... they're all really different, which is the main reason why I like them so much
