Well he did get back home at normal times to his family, only to be greeted by an incompetent management who always wanted him rpesent in the company. And he was also on contract, so he couldn't simply leave.
Furthermore, as it was impossible to be part of a union there was no way other than filing a lawsuit( [URL]http://www.gamespot.com/news/2004/11/11/news_6112998.html[/URL] ) of complaining.
