Today i have sold my psx and after may years with it im kinda disappointed but where one door closes another one opens i guess....
My brother has a ps2 and we didnt give our good games away so all is not lost but there were still good times i had with my psx you know. i played some of the best games ever at the time on it and must have been playing for years. a bout 5 years or so ago i purchased my psx happy as could be with the purchase and i bought games like ffv11 and resi evil both great games and my point is that the psx was indeed a good thing and was most likely the gateway to the level og games that we are playing today.
The playstation will be rememebred by us for years but was it a mistake selling it?
Well the pros of the psx is that it boasted of the best games around a few years ago and kept thousands of loyal gamers playing for massive periods of time and also it got people who had never touched a games console before buying one too and it seemed that everyone had one then but at that stage computer games were more of a trend and now haved died again. i had so many good times on my psx with games like final fantasies 7 & 8 which had me palying for weeks on end and that was something that i had never indulged in as a gamer. SO the old playstation had some mighty games on and it revolutionised the gaming world together and if you dont want anything else then its advisable to get a psone if ya have 100 quid lying around.
Definitely a top console.
The cons of this console are obviouis to everyone. The games. The psx beat the n64 with the quantity of games it had produced for it but with some awful c**k ups of games the n64 won hands down. You see It had some killer games on, but there were still games like rise of the robots, the rugrats and barbie which let down myu old friend the psx. But if you were clever enough to steer clear of these game then it is an alorund great piece of machinery!
So should u have sold it? Well at leastr it was to a little kid for his birthday so that made me feel better.

Nice thought that it was for a Kid`s birthday! Sounds good!
The only thing I didn`t like is the "Here`s to the..." line, which I always find extremely cheesy. I know other who use it, and it is really stupid. Never mind, I think thats just me!
