The Future
Remixed. Revisited. Remastered.
That’s right, here it comes again, everybody’s favourite insight into the future by everybody’s’ favourite author, me.
Once again I will be predicting the future, again in the backdrop of the year 3000. (Nothing to do with that ‘teeny bopper’ band “Busted”)
So, here goes:
1. The Supernatural:
Aliens, of course, will have been overruled thanks to the wonder of inter-galactic travel throughout the universe. Aliens won’t be alienated from certain planets, in this century every planet has its own aliens; in the year 3000 Aliens will not exist but will be friends and Planets will have many ‘species’ of intergalactic beings, like we (in this century) have cities or places with a high Ethnic variety.
Apparitions such as ghosts will turn out to be gas like beings from Earth’s neighbouring planet Venus. The gassy atmosphere guaranteed the survival of these transparent organic life forms. Ghosts seen on Earths thousands of years before were actually holograms of sophisticated beings trying to save the Human race.
U.F.O’s will actually be new flashy, sports rockets. The UFO phenomena will be a trade business, the rich members of certain races outbidding each other to gain the latest and greatest rocket. The “unknown” factor will be engineers wanting to find out the items blue prints, to make a quick buck.
Creatures like Vampires, Werewolves, the creature of the black lagoon, gorgons and Banshees may be inhabitants from other planets. They came to Earth to try and communicate with Humans, but could not due to Humans fear of the unknown. All of these creatures are very sophisticated beings, demonised by Humans of the modern day (this century) that do not and did not speak in Grunts and snarls, but their own Alien languages.
The werewolf will be from the planet Pluto, as its’ fur keeps it warm in the freezing atmosphere. It is not a singular being but perhaps something from a dying race, like an endangered species, except it is not kept like some Zoo creature of the present day, because in the future equality will have been achieved; no race more superior than another.
The creature of the black lagoon will be an inhabitant of the planet, aptly named, Zool. (As the planet has much murky water, and in the universal galaxy language, “Zool” means water) this will be from a whole race, of different sexes, sizes, looks and preferences. Although they like swamps they do not simply live in them like Cavemen, they are a highly advanced society that Humans of the present day assumed were stupid because of their ugly looks (By Human standard)
Vampires will be the evolved forms of vampire bats (They will have stopped eating blood) Or perhaps Vampires were highly advanced forms of Vampire Bats who simply left the Earth thousands of years ago. They will live on icy Planets, such as the present day Neptune.
The Banshees will be loud inhabitants of the planet Jupiter or Saturn. They disguised themselves from the Humans of the present day because they were so warlike. Banshees are a race not howling women. They will live on Saturn and Jupiter because those Planets have high winds that disguised their shrieks from Humans of the present day; with their guns and satellites.
Gorgons will be a ridiculous myth of ancient people to the future generations. (As some of the Egyptian’s gods would be to us) They were once a primitive race that died out thousands of years ago due to their inability to adapt to new climates and situations.
2. Universal Galaxy Language:
To make understanding and continuity at an all time high, this language will be invented so that everybody understands each other, and races do not need to learn vast reels of ancient languages. This will be far more efficient than at the present day. It will be particularly effective for travel agents, international businessmen, and tourists.
The U.G.L, for short, will be spoken like any other language around today, the accents and styles prominent in different sections of the galaxy. Although the language is the same some beings have different communicational devices to mouths, and need to communicate the language in a different way. As of today, some simpler people will not know the intricate and harder parts of the language, but this is to be expected. There of course cannot be perfection; however this number will have dropped significantly due to the number of cures for mental illness, accumulated by all the races. No doubt civilisations will lose some of their individuality, like some of the countries with the Euro. There will be a greater understanding between races and overall the language will be far more sophisticated, with more people becoming skilled linguists, as they do not have to learn so many languages. As well as not learning so many languages (with there being only one) U.G.L will not be a secondary language, as English is to a German nowadays, so it will be easier to focus on that language and become a very skilled linguist.
Part of the reason why the Universal Galaxy language is being introduced is that with all of the Planets and separate galaxies, it would otherwise be impossible to learn all of the necessary languages, and with all of the different races living together it would be necessary to learn them otherwise one community would not understand another.
Language will be spoken with better pronounciation and a profound, widespread knowledge that was previously unthinkable. There will obviously be different accents but this will not hinder the language or mask its’ effectiveness. They will be just as distinctive as they are today; as different as Scottish is to English.
3. Education and Schools:
Education will be more wide spread as of the fact that it will be easier to gain and obtain. Will all of the vast populations “planet shifting” to the teaching planet, the density of the teachers will mean a greater effectiveness for all who enrol themselves to the academic enlightenment on such planets.
Schools will be the equivalent of modern day age ranges (as on the different planets, time spans will be vastly differential), taught by “Holo-bots”. Holo-bots are robotic like organisms that still maintain living cells (capable of independent thought) whilst having a mechanical steering system coupled with an organic brain. The result will be a superbly intelligent, fast paced life form with an organic-sounding voice. Schools will happen through voice links that come on at the given starting times, if not on, pupils will be truant. The times will be GMT. (As the Earth will become the galaxies time measuring centre) The Earth will become the time measuring facility as the other races think that one of the only good things the Earth did was to measure time accurately, and also it has a surface not disrupted by electronic (or other) interferences.
Pupils will still have names; from their races, in the same way that people from different cultures of the present day have certain names. Pupils perform the same functions that modern day pupils would expect. The differences are that there is no specific building (or even planet) for the pupils as it is the future and that would waste money and be far too contained, the other difference is that a screen is optional, so students may not wish to look at their designated Holo-bot.
Separate schools will be used to cater for each race, to teach them of their ancient History and Planet’s Geography; these pupils may not even be on their home Planet, so screens will show them pictures of what the Holo-bot is talking about.
4. Politics
There will be certain Planets were there is the equivalent of the House of Lords, all politics, policies and international affairs will be discussed here.
There will be two representatives from every old civilization; for example two from Earth and two from Saturn. Each political spokesman has a private screen, microphone and a speaker (to hear the conversations as the place will be vast)
The candidates are elected by their race. People vote in the same discreet manner that is used in the present day to vote for local politicians. Candidates must be strong at their chosen field and there should be a selection of thousands.
All candidates speaking in each place will have a transmitter link and five screens back to five separate batches of leading politicians from their race, scattered around the Galaxy (ies) this is so that their decisions really are the best for their people.
5. Technology
In the future audiovisual entertainment can be burned onto the equivalent of a contact lens containing a microchip; to suit the eyes of the various races. It will not be expensive to buy the audiovisual entertainment of the Future. In the future things like video games will have the picture quality of real life and will also not require a controller; instead it will be linked through the person’s nervous system, so every movement they make affects what happens in the game. The screen is broadcast directly onto the person’s eye. Instead of buying games a person simply thinks invents a game, and they can play it, or they can access a screen much like the destination selection mentioned in the Transport section; they simply choose a game from there.
Transport will be mind controlled. A person must pass this test at the age of five, otherwise they could not travel anywhere; the test at the age of five lets a person travel with someone; whereas the test at the age of seventeen allows a person to actually choose the destination they want to go to. Transport is actually a screen that comes up, looking like an Internet search engine; except the information is played onto your eyes with no screen necessary. A person simply thinks of the Galaxy, then the Planet and finally the area. A picture comes up showing the area they have selected; a person then selects the nearest warp point (like a station; otherwise they could randomly appear on someone’s head) then there is a loading screen lasting roughly ten seconds, and the person will be beamed to their destination.
There will be a form of camera in the Future, which is like a contact lens, a person simply wears it on their eye and then winks, and it takes a picture of the scene that they are viewing. All cameras have infinite film. An invention like a camera helps artists of the Future. A person simply thinks of something they want to make or draw and the image is printed to hologram (like paper, but it is infinite and contained within the lens camera itself)
6. Races
The races of the Future will come from all over various Planets and massive Galaxies. Races of the Future will still have the male or female gender to breed; but everyone will look perfect; the parents of a child select its capabilities and features; then later on in its life the child selects the features it desires.
Races will be unique to their various home Planets, as certain races are unique to people nowadays from various parts of the Earth.
7. Currency
In the future the currency will be a particular item that is very widespread but is useful to everyone; the only point of money nowadays is as a thing with which to purchase other objects; in the Future the currency itself will have a worth; it can actually be used.
There will probably be currencies for separate places and some that use the same currency (such as the difference between British Sterling and the Dollar; or the unity of the Euro)
8. Leisure
People will want holidays as much as those of the present do; except on a much larger scale, in the way that people nowadays go to different countries, people will be able to go to different Planets. People will travel with the same Futuristic ‘beam’ transportation, except they will pay money to use these waves.
Audiovisual entertainment will still be prevalent as it is today; except in a far more sophisticated form. People will be able to buy the audiovisual entertainment of the Future in a widespread way; much like buying televisions nowadays.
There will be social events as there are nowadays; with people perhaps meeting on a holiday or within their local communities to do activities together.
9. Work
Many of the modern day professions will be needed such as Doctors. However there will be no need for certain professions such as Translators; due to a unity within the U.G.L language.
People will work from their homes as the Holo-bot system can be extended to workplaces, so people no longer need to all gather at a specific workplace.
Functions primarily for socialising will be organised still and richer or more experienced bosses will still employ people.
9. Planets and Galaxy
The number of Planets will be well over a hundred times the amount in existence today, due to an advanced form of technology and a mix of races bringing together their knowledge of other Planets.
All of the Planets we know today will have to be renamed in the Universal Galactic Language. They will all be linked in a trade route, vital to that Planet’s economy. Planets may have fewer countries in the Future otherwise there would be hundreds of countries within thousands of Planets and far too many countries would be overlooked or forgotten.
Many distant Galaxies will have the technology to join other Planets, in a replica of how our Galaxy will unite, they may then form one giant web or have little Galaxies that are all interlinked in some way.

To tell you the truth, my vision of the 31st Century is a short one... No-existant is my view. This is because mankind would end up inventing something that'll lead to our ultimate distruction. I mean it would be cool if we have like a star trek future where we roam around space, making out with hot alien babes, but its really unlikely

Schools will happen through voice links that come on at the given starting times, if not on, pupils will be truant. The times will be GMT. (As the Earth will become the galaxies time measuring centre) The Earth will become the time measuring facility as the other races think that one of the only good things the Earth did was to measure time accurately, and also it has a surface not disrupted by electronic (or other) interferences.
Pupils will still have names; from their races, in the same way that people from different cultures of the present day have certain names. Pupils perform the same functions that modern day pupils would expect. The differences are that there is no specific building (or even planet) for the pupils as it is the future and that would waste money and be far too contained, the other difference is that a screen is optional, so students may not wish to look at their designated Holo-bot.
Separate schools will be used to cater for each race, to teach them of their ancient History and Planet’s Geography; these pupils may not even be on their home Planet, so screens will show them pictures of what the Holo-bot is talking about.
4. Politics
There will be certain Planets were there is the equivalent of the House of Lords, all politics, policies and international affairs will be discussed here.
There will be two representatives from every old civilization; for example two from Earth and two from Saturn. Each political spokesman has a private screen, microphone and a speaker (to hear the conversations as the place will be vast)
The candidates are elected by their race. People vote in the same discreet manner that is used in the present day to vote for local politicians. Candidates must be strong at their chosen field and there should be a selection of thousands.
All candidates speaking in each place will have a transmitter link and five screens back to five separate batches of leading politicians from their race, scattered around the Galaxy (ies) this is so that their decisions really are the best for their people.
5. Technology
In the future audiovisual entertainment can be burned onto the equivalent of a contact lens containing a microchip; to suit the eyes of the various races. It will not be expensive to buy the audiovisual entertainment of the Future. In the future things like video games will have the picture quality of real life and will also not require a controller; instead it will be linked through the person’s nervous system, so every movement they make affects what happens in the game. The screen is broadcast directly onto the person’s eye. Instead of buying games a person simply thinks invents a game, and they can play it, or they can access a screen much like the destination selection mentioned in the Transport section; they simply choose a game from there.
Transport will be mind controlled. A person must pass this test at the age of five, otherwise they could not travel anywhere; the test at the age of five lets a person travel with someone; whereas the test at the age of seventeen allows a person to actually choose the destination they want to go to. Transport is actually a screen that comes up, looking like an Internet search engine; except the information is played onto your eyes with no screen necessary. A person simply thinks of the Galaxy, then the Planet and finally the area. A picture comes up showing the area they have selected; a person then selects the nearest warp point (like a station; otherwise they could randomly appear on someone’s head) then there is a loading screen lasting roughly ten seconds, and the person will be beamed to their destination.
There will be a form of camera in the Future, which is like a contact lens, a person simply wears it on their eye and then winks, and it takes a picture of the scene that they are viewing. All cameras have infinite film. An invention like a camera helps artists of the Future. A person simply thinks of something they want to make or draw and the image is printed to hologram (like paper, but it is infinite and contained within the lens camera itself)

The races of the Future will come from all over various Planets and massive Galaxies. Races of the Future will still have the male or female gender to breed; but everyone will look perfect; the parents of a child select its capabilities and features; then later on in its life the child selects the features it desires.
Races will be unique to their various home Planets, as certain races are unique to people nowadays from various parts of the Earth.
7. Currency
In the future the currency will be a particular item that is very widespread but is useful to everyone; the only point of money nowadays is as a thing with which to purchase other objects; in the Future the currency itself will have a worth; it can actually be used.
There will probably be currencies for separate places and some that use the same currency (such as the difference between British Sterling and the Dollar; or the unity of the Euro)
8. Leisure
People will want holidays as much as those of the present do; except on a much larger scale, in the way that people nowadays go to different countries, people will be able to go to different Planets. People will travel with the same Futuristic ‘beam’ transportation, except they will pay money to use these waves.
Audiovisual entertainment will still be prevalent as it is today; except in a far more sophisticated form. People will be able to buy the audiovisual entertainment of the Future in a widespread way; much like buying televisions nowadays.
There will be social events as there are nowadays; with people perhaps meeting on a holiday or within their local communities to do activities together.
9. Work
Many of the modern day professions will be needed such as Doctors. However there will be no need for certain professions such as Translators; due to a unity within the U.G.L language.
People will work from their homes as the Holo-bot system can be extended to workplaces, so people no longer need to all gather at a specific workplace.
Functions primarily for socialising will be organised still and richer or more experienced bosses will still employ people.
9. Planets and Galaxy
The number of Planets will be well over a hundred times the amount in existence today, due to an advanced form of technology and a mix of races bringing together their knowledge of other Planets.
All of the Planets we know today will have to be renamed in the Universal Galactic Language. They will all be linked in a trade route, vital to that Planet’s economy. Planets may have fewer countries in the Future otherwise there would be hundreds of countries within thousands of Planets and far too many countries would be overlooked or forgotten.
Many distant Galaxies will have the technology to join other Planets, in a replica of how our Galaxy will unite, they may then form one giant web or have little Galaxies that are all interlinked in some way.

That’s right, here it comes again, everybody’s favourite insight into the future by everybody’s’ favourite author, me.
Once again I will be predicting the future, again in the backdrop of the year 3000. (Nothing to do with that ‘teeny bopper’ band “Busted”)
So, here goes:
1. The Supernatural:
Aliens, of course, will have been overruled thanks to the wonder of inter-galactic travel throughout the universe. Aliens won’t be alienated from certain planets, in this century every planet has its own aliens; in the year 3000 Aliens will not exist but will be friends and Planets will have many ‘species’ of intergalactic beings, like we (in this century) have cities or places with a high Ethnic variety.
Apparitions such as ghosts will turn out to be gas like beings from Earth’s neighbouring planet Venus. The gassy atmosphere guaranteed the survival of these transparent organic life forms. Ghosts seen on Earths thousands of years before were actually holograms of sophisticated beings trying to save the Human race.
U.F.O’s will actually be new flashy, sports rockets. The UFO phenomena will be a trade business, the rich members of certain races outbidding each other to gain the latest and greatest rocket. The “unknown” factor will be engineers wanting to find out the items blue prints, to make a quick buck.
Creatures like Vampires, Werewolves, the creature of the black lagoon, gorgons and Banshees may be inhabitants from other planets. They came to Earth to try and communicate with Humans, but could not due to Humans fear of the unknown. All of these creatures are very sophisticated beings, demonised by Humans of the modern day (this century) that do not and did not speak in Grunts and snarls, but their own Alien languages.
The werewolf will be from the planet Pluto, as its’ fur keeps it warm in the freezing atmosphere. It is not a singular being but perhaps something from a dying race, like an endangered species, except it is not kept like some Zoo creature of the present day, because in the future equality will have been achieved; no race more superior than another.
The creature of the black lagoon will be an inhabitant of the planet, aptly named, Zool. (As the planet has much murky water, and in the universal galaxy language, “Zool” means water) this will be from a whole race, of different sexes, sizes, looks and preferences. Although they like swamps they do not simply live in them like Cavemen, they are a highly advanced society that Humans of the present day assumed were stupid because of their ugly looks (By Human standard)
Vampires will be the evolved forms of vampire bats (They will have stopped eating blood) Or perhaps Vampires were highly advanced forms of Vampire Bats who simply left the Earth thousands of years ago. They will live on icy Planets, such as the present day Neptune.
The Banshees will be loud inhabitants of the planet Jupiter or Saturn. They disguised themselves from the Humans of the present day because they were so warlike. Banshees are a race not howling women. They will live on Saturn and Jupiter because those Planets have high winds that disguised their shrieks from Humans of the present day; with their guns and satellites.
Gorgons will be a ridiculous myth of ancient people to the future generations. (As some of the Egyptian’s gods would be to us) They were once a primitive race that died out thousands of years ago due to their inability to adapt to new climates and situations.
2. Universal Galaxy Language:
To make understanding and continuity at an all time high, this language will be invented so that everybody understands each other, and races do not need to learn vast reels of ancient languages. This will be far more efficient than at the present day. It will be particularly effective for travel agents, international businessmen, and tourists.
The U.G.L, for short, will be spoken like any other language around today, the accents and styles prominent in different sections of the galaxy. Although the language is the same some beings have different communicational devices to mouths, and need to communicate the language in a different way. As of today, some simpler people will not know the intricate and harder parts of the language, but this is to be expected. There of course cannot be perfection; however this number will have dropped significantly due to the number of cures for mental illness, accumulated by all the races. No doubt civilisations will lose some of their individuality, like some of the countries with the Euro. There will be a greater understanding between races and overall the language will be far more sophisticated, with more people becoming skilled linguists, as they do not have to learn so many languages. As well as not learning so many languages (with there being only one) U.G.L will not be a secondary language, as English is to a German nowadays, so it will be easier to focus on that language and become a very skilled linguist.
Part of the reason why the Universal Galaxy language is being introduced is that with all of the Planets and separate galaxies, it would otherwise be impossible to learn all of the necessary languages, and with all of the different races living together it would be necessary to learn them otherwise one community would not understand another.
Language will be spoken with better pronounciation and a profound, widespread knowledge that was previously unthinkable. There will obviously be different accents but this will not hinder the language or mask its’ effectiveness. They will be just as distinctive as they are today; as different as Scottish is to English.
3. Education and Schools:
Education will be more wide spread as of the fact that it will be easier to gain and obtain. Will all of the vast populations “planet shifting” to the teaching planet, the density of the teachers will mean a greater effectiveness for all who enrol themselves to the academic enlightenment on such planets.

Holo-bots are robotic like organisms that still maintain living cells (capable of independent thought) whilst having a mechanical steering system coupled with an organic brain.
