The game didn't get delayed.
It had a release date of the 19th for Europe, but a release date of the 26th for the UK. Retailers didn't manage to figure this out, neither did customers. The game was released today across europe, just not here, we need to wait.
Probably something to do with the game being expected to sell more here than elsewhere.
