Can somebody tell me how to change my eBay account on Paypal because I want to use a different eBay account but still keep all of my Paypal details.

PayPal isnt eBay so any PayPal account can be added to any eBay account. You could just change your name if thats the problem, but if not then just make a new eBay account and put your existing PayPal details on it. Simple!
