Unsigned bands with members under 18 do cover versions and send them in. The public votes online for a couple of days, and the top 5 are in with a chance of playing at XFM's Winter Wonderland, in front of 5,000 people.
Anyway, some of these are bloody good, and they're even better when you consider some are only 13 and 14 years old.

Someone posted this before and the majority of them were dire.
I don't care how old some of them are, there are plenty of musicians who were immensely talented by the time they were 10/11, far more than any of those.
