Oh that is difficult. What do you mainly run? For content creation type things like Photoshop, or Maya or a bunch of other professional software that I doubt you run, then the extra capacity would be more beneficial.
For games... well the latest and greatest like lots of memory, but they would probably benefit more from the extra speed than the capacity.
