Im unwilling to go with NTL, I don't trust them, they keep telling me that I can't get their services even though I know I can, weve had it before and our neibours have it, the cable to our house is still there, i can see it!!
Despite having the customer service skills of a limbless mime, NTL actually have good value broadband, and the speed is increasing next year again. I don't think they're capped either, which is what puts me off most services out there.

Meh, huge activation fees - £55 for annual, £65 for monthly.

Well they have been around for quite a while and they do seem pretty good value.
