I was sitting in my room, thinking maybe I'd go for a run, or a bike ride, and burn off some of those chocolate biscuits. Then I picked up the controler for my N64 and never got that much needed exercise to get my basketballing game back up to competetive standards after the knee problems...
Then I thought, fittingly on the day when we'll all be consuming half our body weights in chocolate eggs, there has to be something wrong here.
I know computers aren't the only cause of nationwide sloth, so maybe this goes for all the other reasons not to get exercised and to go eat something instead, but about 1 in 5 of the people in Britain are now clinically obese and unfortunately that causes bad things.
Surely we need to do something, it can't be healthy.
