As quite a lot of people round here seem to rate and use AVG (including me) I thought it was worth starting a thread to let people know that support for Version 6 (the FREE version)ends on 31 December. No more virus defs!
You can now upgrade to version 7 (FREE edition) which has replaced V6.
I've just upgraded and noticed one immediate improvement - when you get an infected email it now goes into a seperate AVG Virus Vault folder (Outlook, guess it's also the same for OE)rather than in V6 where it said you had an email with a virus but didn't tell you which email!
