Immediately the case temps dropped to about 22-25 C and the card is idling around 35 C.
Mild overclock to 522/581 easily, might pust it a bit more later on.
I tink the reduced case temps will also allow me to increase my FSB a bit more... more on that later.
Also, the Rev 4 is the only one that will do the X800, because it also makes contact with the RAM chips, the Rev 3 doesn't, which is actually what is holding my overclocking card back.
And yes, a Rev 3 is an improvement on stock cooling for pretty much all cards it fits.
The Rev4 is the only cooler to improve on the stock cooler.

As far as I know, the Rev4 X800 is the only one which has any real effect/improvement
