Savage has reportedly quit the company after just one PPV appearance, after no-showing the impact tapings. It doesn't take a genius to realise this may be connected to Hulk Hogan reportedly signing with the company.
Then Nash, who was scheduled to cut a 3-4 minute promo, went off script and ended up taking 15 minutes (of a one hour show) to get his point across, simply because 'he had no script, so could say what he wants'. After this, other talents were told they would have to keep their own segments shorter, which understandably caused mass frustration back-stage. BG James (formerly Road Dogg) was reportedly so angry that he threw his Tag Team title belt against a wall.
I don't know quite why TNA has even bothered with these old has-beens. The audience that have switched on to TNA, have done so because of it's exciting in-ring product, featuring the likes of AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels. Why they feel the need to re-hash WCW's mistakes is beyond me.
