I want to download a song off of Ja Rule's new album, R.U.L.E, but I was wondering whether I can download the one off of MTV.com.

If I right click on the song I want (out of the list in that link) and choose 'Save Target As' will I be able to open the file in iTunes and then transfer it to my iPod?
