ok maybe 1 of u can help me again.For the last year ihave been ntl 1mb broadband and as i dont need it that fast anymore i switched 2 the 300k speed instead but when i download now it still runs at 150kb/sec is this the speed it should b and if so has nt; been ripping me off for the last year or should it be slower and they havent turned it down yet
so basicaly what im asking is what speed (kb\sec) should i get on 300k

If you're paying for the 300kb package, DON'T SAY ANYTHING!
You've got yourself a nice little deal there, sounds as if you've still got 1mb speeds!

300 k divided by 8 equals 37.5kb per second
