I pressed F8 at start-up and went to "use last known good boot up" or something like that.

I've sort of got it fixed except now I can't use sound or any ethernet connections as I thibk it was the drivers I installed for them that caused the problem.
It's done this before and sorted itself out but it there a way to get it working now?
