can anyone tell me how to open a video game in the secondary desktop monitor?

Not sure how to get a game to play in the secondary monitor only.
You could try setting a game to windowed mode (that is if the game supports it, try unticking any "full screen" options) then try and drag the window to the second monitor.

Or, if you only want it on the second monitor, and don't need 2 monitors to play, then go to display settings and set your secondary monitor as the primary.
