"Bullsh*t, I bet you could suck a golfball through a garden hose" etc...
Well I was finding out about the actor that played him just to see what else he's been in, and it's quite a bit. We're not talking Steve Buscemi levels, but it's not bad.
His name is R. Lee Ermey by the way
I didn't know this but he had a voice in Toy Story 1 & 2. You know those little plastic toy soldiers - he was Sarge. Which is quite funny.
He also played the police captain in Se7en, and a "conventioneer" in Leaving Las Vegas.
Oh and in case you're interested, he had the same birthday as the late Steve McQueen.
Oh and I share my birthday with Ronan Keating and Miranda Richardson. Gosh what a limelight we must all share.

He was the advisor for FMJ, and Kubrick realised he would be fantastic. Most of the insults were improvised and I think made that movie memorable.
Christ, my head is full of trivia nonsense
> He was in that "Frighteners" film with Michael J Fox, but
> that was rubbish.
What do you mean!
Oh no, hang on it WAS rubbish!
Favourite FMJ quote:
"How tall Are you?"
"5'11" Sir" (Actually I cant remember how tall he was, but that's not important.)
"I didn't know they stacked crap* so high!"
* I'm sure you can imagine which word replaced crap in the actual script.
