See, I discovered that my motherboard and PSU, which I orginally ordered three weeks ago, were stolen from them.
Odd, eh?
Now, after ordering a new motherboard, they were meant to deliver it on Monday. Nothing.
And then today.
Nothing.
Called them up a couple of times.
5:30 "Yes, the driver hasn't come back yet, he'll deliver it before 6:30."
6:30 "Well, the driver has returned. He didn't deliver you're parcel."
Me: "Well, yeah, I know."
Them: "So we'll deliver it tommorow."
Me: "Sure... Is there any other way to get it?"
Them: "Come and collect it."
There office in Merton is about an hour (by car) from me. What absolute tosh.
Argh.

Normally if I have a tracking number give it to them and ask where it is they say where it is and they are always correct (well HODDESDON depot is anyway)

Amtrak have always been flawless in my experience.
In fact my worst experience is with a courier that delivered a replacement PS2 to me. He came to the door with it, dropped it from quite a height onto the floor and expected me to take it, I then phoned sony the next day saying it was knackered.
City Link are known for parcels disappearing into the unknown and making some bullcrap excuse as to why it never shows up, curse them all - BURN!

Amtrak and Citylink are terrible. The best are Parcelforce.

From my experience they aren't. A similar story to the one above has happened to me twice from Amtrack only tagged with "the driver didn't have time". Well whoopie f**king-do, I would lose my job for a comment like that.
