Please help - it's infected my machine and is messing sites up by changing random words into search links.

It's my Work PC so I can't install anything - I'd preferably need a tool that willflush the bug out without the need for installation.

I don't know actually.

I just downloaded a program called Giant Antispyware. It installed successfully which makes me think AdAware may work. It's scanning right now though, and has already found the threat - apparently it's a 'severe' threat too...

Hmmmm. You sure they wont let you sneak ad-aware on :P
