The sites I have tried are anime-on-line and citycyberanime so no links to those please.

Thanks bRAINdEAD. I've heard of Ranma 1/2 but have never had chance to read it. If you can I wouldn't mind rading the first volume please.
I do have broadband which is always good. My email is
If you enjoy the DB/Z manga give one of the others a try. My first was Ranma 1/2, if you have broadband I could send you Volume 1 to see what it's like. An ebay customer I talked to about manga she was very nice and made me a CD with all the mangas scanned in. It's a romance, comedy, with some martial arts, well it's not lovery dovey romance. Huge hit in Japan and America. In America Manga now make up almost all of the Top 100 comics sold each month. So much for US comics.
If I enjoy those I may go one to other mangas as I've read that a lot of animes differ compared to the original manga versions. I shall just have to wait and see what Santa has in his sack for me.
However one place you might be interested in, up1.co.uk (http://www.up1.co.uk) one of the main UK mail order companies for anime and manga. A quick search there shows they sell the mangas for both series at £5.50 (if they're in stock). Click here to jump to the page you want http://www.up1.co.uk/up.nsf/Viz?OpenView&Startkey=D . They are a reliable company, I have spent many hundreds there in the past and have been very satisfied. Any items out of stock you can easily contact them and they will try and sort it out for you (hopefully).
It's an okay manga but there are many hundreds out there that are a lot better, a pity the UK manga industry was ruined by/isnt as good as, Americas.
Hope this helps if not there are only a few other sites that I could recommend but I'm quite sure they charge a lot more (anything cheaper than £5.50 would be in a comic shop and even then you're talking pence).
