My mate (when I say mate, I actually hate the b*****d) from across the pond has got an a problem that he wants me to help him sort out. So errr...I'm stumped, Google is stumped (I'm not paying to see some solution, at least) and his last chance is his dear friends (American's love us Brits. They think our voices are sexy) here in the UK.
