For anyone that likes haggis, will know what the title is, but this is about Scottish gaming!
Not just Scottish but Welsh and Irish people! what is happening! when it comes to football were all seperate, even thoiugh we all know we don't want to be! But it seems that when consoles are involved, we become one in harmony!
This is to say, all videogame TV programmes always play English/german/French/looser team.....why can't we have England/Scotland/Wales? it seems to be the righ tidea! and no just because England is a bigger country doesn't mean that the gamers in the other countries are worse! just because America seemed to have whooped us in the olimpics, doesn't matter, brush it off and start again.
I want to see a BRITISH videogame battle programme, not just reviews about the PS2, and how bad the dreamcast is! we all nkow the truth and this is far from it! reality is whats needed, look at Big Brother! hit TV series, and even though the inhabitants were freaks, don't let that get in the way!

---Thinking---

YES! Big Gamer! 10 British gamers from around the British Isles, all set out for one thing! to be the best gamer in the house!

the idea: each gamer has to pick a certain amount of games they would like to play during the week, and whoever has the least amount of points each week gets one vote put against them, the other hopusehold members have to nominate them in the proper Big Brother style.

The week ends with the last 3 gamers in a complete deathmatch, eventually dropping dead and leaving the house.

The prize: a trip the the E3 show and a PS2/Gamecube/Xbox and of course loads of games and accessories, maybe even a widescreen TV and multiregion DVD player.

"Some of my best friends are Black" Famous qoute from any Racist.
I'm kidding don't worry.
Anyway Neeps and Tatties are acceptable with things other than haggis (well maybe not neeps).
Right uhh... what was I going to say?

Oh yes, well I hate the whole concept of Big Brother and I suspect it was all a big set up anyway (plus even the losers are now "celebrities but they are useless and deserve nothing). I hate the media machine, it despises any outsiders who are liked by the people and promotes it's favoured people who tend to be the worst in the business!

The thing I don't trust about the difference between teams is that I have many a time heard English commentators call Scottish teams "British" when they do well and when they don't there is a definite distinction. Actually just recently the "greatest British boxer" Lennox Lewis (I hate boxing by the way but it's for illustrative purposes) was defeated and suddenly became Canadian... Strange that how these things are so interchangeable. That's the thing I hate most about sports in general, the way that people are treated as heroes until they make one single mistake when they become the enemy. Well maybe not most but it's certainly one of the highest on the list. Plus sports are all games which are meant to be fun but people get paid millions for doing something that's meant to be fun but while people actually working for the good of themselves and others recieve tiny wages in comparison. Infact it seems that the more you do for other people the less likely you are to get big wages, hence the term Volunteer.

I couldn't think of anything else to start the topic off with, sorry if you feel that way, I have a couple of mates from Aberdeen, they don't live there anymore, but you didn't want to know that, + thankyou for answering the topic.

I hate how England is mentioned first!

And if I were Welsh I would hate Scotland being mentioned before them :)

And then the same for Irish!

I find some of the people in England (and Scotland) annoying on how they think their country is best and to be honest it is English people :D

Only a few though - I have many mates who are from south of the border!

I like evryone on the forum who is English to :D

I HATE BEING STEREOTYPED :P

I am away for some haggis now
