About twenty minutes before the end of Gone in 60 Seconds, Nicolas Cage finally puts the pedal to the metal and leads the cops on a car chase. It's about time. I have no idea what this movie was supposed to be about, but I know what I want when I see a movie called Gone in 60 Seconds, and what I want is a stripped-gears tire-burning fender-bashing freaking car chase, with vehicles flying over impossible obstacles and sidewalk vendors scattered like bowling pins.
I won't let too muhc baoout the film, yet it is truely brilliant...anyone seen it and agree?
It's a case of what it lacks in plot it makes up for in action.
Depends on what you like I suppose.
