Went to the jolly little city of Cardiff this morning. Caught the 10 to 10 train, with my brother; our purpose being to purchase a nice little collection of Xbox/Cube/GBA games.

Upon arrival, we were slowly crushed by the waves and waves of Christmas shoppers.

Very irritating.

So, we walked down Queen Street and the like, and headed toward our first destination; Game.

Bigg Mistake

A little known PS2 game came out today; GTA: San Andreas

Monsterous ques.

So, we left Game before the nutcases started screaming in our faces 'Haha I've got San Andreas and you haven't' and headed for Gamestation.

Pretty much the same.

So, we then tried Entertainment Exchange.

Ah, that's better. Seeing as it's a second hand shop there was not a GTA loving nutcase in sight. So, I proceeded about buying Pokemon Leaf Green.

And it's bloody awesome.

So, with that done we shoped around for FIFA 2005 for my brother to play on the 'Cube, as I am getting Pro Evo 4.

To our utter despair it wasn't anywhere to be seen. We did try Game again, but before we got into the store a wave of GTA loonies blocked off the whole street, kissing the floor and signing very loudly. Weirdos.

So then we tried a quiet little games store, out of the way called Software Station.

Brilliant.

There was not a sole in sight. So after poking around their 'smaller' GTA: San Andreas stand, I parted my cash with Full Spectrum Warrior.

Superb game.

But we still couldn't find FIFA 2005. And that was really the only disappointment of the day.

Then we tried to get back to the Train Station, after downing a very fatening but very tasy BK.

Near impossible.

But we finally got through the crowds and made our way home.

So now I've got Leaf Green and Full Spectrum to last me up until Halo 2, which will then lead me onto a very 'Cube christmas.

So, that's been my day. Going out tonight.

I've been to Welshpool. I didn't like it because you have to pay to use the toilet and the guy that worked in the fish and chip shop was a bit odd.

Paragraphs are quite useful in writing.

I wish there was one in say Newtown, Welshpool... or just over the border.... Hereford, Shrewsbury or Telford..... I'm a bit north of you.

I know, 'tis a pity there are no SR stores in Wales, as I would like one very much and when you order a game online you have to wait at least a few days for it.

Oh and Marzman, I'll stop doing them if you want. I just thought I'd discuss with you how GTA: San Andreas has destroyed our modern cities, and whilst I was at it I thought I'd include my own little day out.

Very noble of you to mention all of those game shops.... when you coulda just ordered the stuff off the SR website.... would be handy if they built an SR in at least one Welsh city... maybe two. The prices here tend to be quite reasonable.... but I do tend to buy second hand games... I'm a cheap skate.

Which was a welcome change given the huge quantities of shoes that had been thrown at you in the earlier part of the day.

Thats because they had already got it. Trust me, its easier for younger people, when Vice came out every 15 year old I knew had gone and purchased it.

Crumble, although your 'what I did today posts' are sometimes quite funny, why do you feel the need to share it with everyone?

One more thing, you should have slapped 'the GTA loonies'. To$$ers, acting like that inpublic

Not bad at all Lucy-Jane.

It'll be worse than that when Halo 2 comes out :S
