"WWE to sign World Champion?"

Mick Foley is currently working for Ring of Honour, at the permission of the WWE. He hasn't worked any matches but has appeared several times for the promotion. Foley being 'loaned out' may be for the benefit of the WWE however, as he has apprently been 'scouting' the ROH roster and has suggested that ROH World Champion Samoa Joe give WWE a call.

Anyone want to quote on the topic?

By the way, I realised that the last time a WWE affiliate worked for Ring of Honour (Jim Cornette), he talked Paul London into jumping ship to the WWE. You'd think Gabe Sapolsky would have realised by now the danger of WWE people working with his talent-base...
