I think that I've drank too much coffee for my own good. Not a lot but it has had an effect on me and now I can't concentrate. I’ve got to settle down to do an assignment for college. Anyone have any ideas as to what could put my mind back on track?

I do expect comments upon how I can’t handle it or am I even old enough to be drinking coffee? Just to clear these up I’m 19 and occasionally drink coffee. I’m usually fine with but then I’m doing something which requires not too much concentration after I usually drink it.

Still on the water. Calmed down a little now. This is what happens when you have a pint mug and decide that it is a good idea to fill it with coffee.

Edit: I've drank over a liter now and still going. Speaking (typing for those that wish to make a fuss abouit it) of going I have to now. Too much water means more trips to be made.

Apparently if you drink more than 12 litres of water in a day you will drown yourself.

How perculiar :S

No wonder all the yawning then. Coffee really doesn't work as well as it should. It's all in the mind.

you have 3 options then;

1) Drink Water
2) Drink lots of water
3) Drink so much water you somehow manage to get a beer belly

the choice is yours,

Water.

Coffee/Caffeine is a stimulant which dehydrates the brain from oxygen.

I've just got a 1.5L bottle of water from the fridge so I'll give that a go. Any more suggestions are still welcome, no matter how silly.
