Can a single network card be made to be used on two different networks. My laptop is used in a large network at work, and has already been configured to work on that, however, i want to set it up on my home network, and it is refusing to work. i believe it is because it has already got a network assigned, any help on fixing it or comfirming my thoughts. cheers.

Make a second connection and disable the first (right-click->disable in Network Connections). Just enable whichever connection you need at the time.

??? You can set multiple network configurations ???

(XP)

Start -> Control Panel -> Network Connections -> Create a new connection

And setup from there.
