This is because my college has blocked some of the domains (such as the GAD one), perhaps for obvious reasons.
Instead I was thinking, would it be possible to use my website to get blocked pages to load or would it block all data coming from the blocked domain?
EG: www.mywebsite.com/index.html would display the GAD page for example.
Is it possible to code in? Sorry if I'm making myself unclear.

Just use the IP, it got around our old filtering software...
Of course "cheating the system" could end up with you in hot water so think about what you are doing first :¬)
