The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
I haven't been following it so wouldn't know a thing myself, but I don't think Microsoft would split Windows alone into segments just for profit, as I don't believe people would be suckered into such a thing. Windows XP is fine, so it wouldn't give people a reason to update.
From what I gather they've removed a couple of fantastic features from the Longhorn project to get it out when they wanted it, which is pretty poor.
