My taskbar from the bottom of my screen has just like... gone.

No idea why.

Not downloaded anything, etc, it just went.

Erm.

Yas, Merm is correct. My taskbar saunters off quite a lot and running Explorer fixes it promptly.

Could be the case I guess.

I logged off and back on which technically is quicker than rebooting.

I'll give your thing a go next time chief.

It sounds like explorer crashed. This happens to me when I'm using media player sometimes. My solution is a much quicker way than rebooting.

It returned after rebooting.

Just, wierd.

It disappeared when I was using media player.

Twice.

Try View, tool bars and then just put on what you want. That might work, if you've still go those options to strat with.
