Which cartoon charaters do you reckon would have a good old ruck. To start it I reckon He-man & Lion-O from the Thundercats would have a very close fight.

All Wolverine has to do is get on the back of Hulk and stick his claws in to Hulk's head. Bye bye brain. More chance of Wolverine being able to do that than of Hulk landing a punch on him. Faster and more agile. Dodge the punch and straight on to his back no problem.
As for Spider-man. Wolverine may be webbed up but how exactly does he intend on beating him. Wolverine can still use his claws, just not as well as normal. He can still kick and jump. Would have to be close together his hands would for that tatic to work

What about some triple threat action: Wolverine vs. Hulk vs. Spiderman
I'd say that Wolverine vs. Spider-Man would be the closest fight. I'd go with spidey for the win.

Hulk is stupidly strong though. He could punch hard enough to kill Wolverine in one blow and if it took more than one because of the skeleton, then Wolverine would be weakened by the first punch so that Hulk could kill him with a second. Wolverine's healing isn't instant, it can take quite a while depending on the size of the wound.
But surely his skeleton wold take most of the impact. His organs should be quite safe inside plus any damage done he'd just quickly heal it up.
A good punch from Hulk would be enough to shake all of Wolverine's organs and kill him.
