Although you're gonna have to upload an entire content system if you want to allow people to add stuff to your site, you won't be able to just use a form as there's validation problems and such...

I know this is going to sound really cheeky but would you be able to upload them for me as i haven't got a clue how to do it. :P

I'm afraid nobody here could upload anything for you, as you're the only one with the username and password to your own web space.

Uploading a full content management system may take a bit of work as well, you'll have to go through the documentation to see which variables and setting you'd need to change.

I'd just start with a simple form, have people send their data to you, so that you can update the site manually. It'll also stop people posting stuff that you don't want on your web site.
