I love my N64 it is a shame however that it didn't get the recognition that it deserved. I am worried that the gamecube will go the same way, Nintendo said that they learnt from there mistakes, but they seem to do the same thing again. They have pulled out of ECTS which will not go down well in the media. The machine has been delayed allowing the others a head start. The price will be at its peak just as PS2 and the rest will no doubt be dropping and the likes of FFX, MGS2 etc will already be out. I hope to buy a GC but does anyone else share my concerns?

I expect that GC games should be cheap, or at least on par with the competitors. One thing that made N64 games expensive was the cartridge.

I wonder when their own show will be.

Most of what we know about the Cube is rumour or suggestions or a few light details from Nintendo.

I want confirmed Titles, Prices and the rest of the details like when they'll release the broadband adaptor!

nintendo only droped out of ECTS so they they could show all thier new spanglin stuff in thier own show. Hopefully this indicates that Nintendo have got lots lots of quality stuff to offer us on GameCube.

i feel the same i got my n64 last xmas and i loved it but i dont think id be particually thrilled if i got a game cubebe cause there wont be many games out when it comes out.
and if there was it would be dear and that would be one reseon why it would fail.
but it might prove to be popular cos dont forget when the n64 came out we thought it would fail but it didn' it proved us wrong it was a smash but one probelem with the n64 is the games are too damned dear

Nintendo are very keen to improve 3rd party relations with the GameCube.

As a result they've dropped the prices of their licenses, and have supplied very user friendly development tools.

I imagine that the GameCube will have plenty of support.
