I'm trying to get some mindless work for the Christmas holidays á la Game, HMV, Virgin Megastores, or something like that.

Everybody I've asked has wanted a CV, I've never actually put together a CV for myself, what goes down onto it?

Thats about it, although for temporary work in a shop you'd get away with something shorter.

They didnt employ me, i got an interview at both game and hmv.

Argos is ok, you can skive quite easily if you are a picker.

Tsk, I always get that kind of reply back. Like earlier today, someone looking for a PC Xbox pad converter - they always assume it's some marketing crap. Just type CV advice into the box.
