I just ordered the Pioneer 16x Dual Layer DVD writer from EBuyer - any ideas where I can obtain either 16x media or 16x dual layer media? Cheers in advance.
Shame it's a USA site. I'll probably wait until E-Buyer start stocking them, as I can't see it being long.
There's one in my bookmarks at work selling them for $1.50.

I hope they bring out the media soon. 8x media is nice, but 16x will simply be the sex.

16x media isnt available, and the 108 drive only does 4x DL anyway not 16x DL. Fastest media you will find is 8x(12x maybe) which can work at higher speeds with new firmware and certain discs. 2.4x DL are the only discs available and at £4 a disc its not worth it.
How fast will 16x write a whole dual layer dvd?
