I have more RAM than that, a new generation of video cards are out and... I can't be bothered going on.
Not bad for the money, but not brilliant either. Just no way near the greatest ever. You do get what you pay for after all.

What are you EVER going to run that needs a processing speed that high.
If you can run a space shuttle on a calculator, you can sure as hell do anything with 1.5 GHz.

Projects like 'Find a Drug' and 'SETI' require a lot of processing power to crunch all those numbers. I'm waiting for the 10GHz processors :)
