I love it when i find a forum that has only about 2-3 members.
Do you mean hosting your own forums, such as this one (which is custom made, by the way)? If so, go to http://www.phpbb.com/ for info. And no link for you this time.
By the way, forums are usually a waste a time unless you have something of value exclusive to your site, such as a product or whatever than needs help. Other than that it'll fail like all the other "desert" forums before it, mWHAHAHA!!!
