Right. I need to learn things, and I need to learn them very soon.
I look to you lot to recommend me some good sources (books/online turorials, whatever) on using the following:
Apache web server
ColdFusion
PHP
ASP
(.NET framwork also)
I'm very computer literate, so technical stuff is fine, just so long as it's well explained and starts of at a fairly reasonably simple level.

No probs. Half the time getting a working environment to develop in is actually more difficult and frustrating that getting down to the nitty gritty of coding. I remember spending weeks trying to get the Ogre graphics rending engine talking to MS Visual studio.

Tutorial helped with it all, thanks.

Personally though, I wouldn't have been able to us the PHP manual to begin with (in the way it was a few years ago), as programming in that mannor was all new to me. The book I had really helped me get to grips with the language first off, before moving onto more complex things.

The Big Black Book series (Big black Book of PHP etc etc)
WROX series of manuals (Industry standard reference manuals)
Google.

Install apache, localhost twice, fire it up, open browser, "http://localhost/" and you should see the apache information.

I taught myself entirely from the PHP manual and online code examples. Never got a book or teach-yourself guide at all.

Not if you've no idea about programming to begin with. Once you understand the basics and how PHP works though, the PHP manual is gold.
I bought one of the Sams Teach yourself in 24 series for PHP, and found it to be great. Though that was a few years ago now, so better books and online turorials might be available. Have a search on google for some online tutorials, but I've always prefered books myself - and Sams have been a personal favourite of mine when starting off (thought be aware that their publications do carry a hell of a lot of typo's).

Just enter in either 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1' for each one.
