Right, plan to upgrade our main PC in the house soon with a few new hard disks, motherboard, RAM, graphics card ect.

Plan on re-installing all the programs we use and getting rid of all the other crap that dosn't get used and then formatting the hard disks that we use at the moment just to clean up the PC.

A few questions though before we do anything..

Microsoft Outlook:
My dad uses this for all his personal and work related e-mails, I know you can export contacts but is it possible to get all the e-mails from the inbox?
I know when I upgraded my laptop I had to send the important e-mails to another address and then forward them to myself when I got the new e-mail set up on the new computer.

Registry:
Heard there is a program called reg cleaner or something like that. Does it just remove the stuff that isn't used anymore or does it allow you to selectivly decide what stays and goes?

Will no doubt come up with some more soon... :-)
