Use teeth to bite red tag off
It's a security tag. You need to take it back to get it taken out or you'll wreck the case trying it yourself....Or m_m could be right...

I had a DVD like that once. The case was clear, so you could see the mechanism inside connected to a red seal on the front. But I'd seen a news report beforehand which warned that terrorists were placing dummy DVD's on shelves, so I called the bomb squad (dial 998, would you believe!), and they sent Johhny 5 to blow it up. I suggest you do the same before it's too late and you kill us all!
