I was playing driver 2 and I love it! it's got great handling and more excellent levels than it's baby brother, I think the capablitiy to get out of your car and steal someone elses makes it even better. A 3d GTA was a dream of some youngsters months after it's release, it has come true! You even have to get out of your car during some of the levels, and trying to spot fast cars at 150kmph seems to be a truth in these games, which adds to the fun.
Also, the fact that in the Gran Tourismo series you can buy your dad's car and tune it to higher specifications than the land speed record breaker of 1960! it's a horrifing thought that these cars exist, but as we only see them on our TV screens it's no big deal, but I think that having to struggle through the same international level race 5 times just to buy one car is a bit harsh, when the reality is far from it.
