The best game I have ever been to was Villa Vs Coventry that took place yesterday. Everything about the match was brilliant, the atmosphere, the insentive to win and the result.

The Atmosphere: I sit in the Upper Holte and the atmosphere is usually good there anyway, but yesterday it was amazing. Before kick off, everyone was in top voice for singing and in the Holte, the sound echos round brilliantly, this was the only game I have came away with my ears buzzing from the noise, but to be honest, i didn't care.

Insentive To Win: We win or draw, they go down. There is a local rivalry between the two clubs and to send them down was amazing. This may sound stupid because it was a good thing that they went 2-0 up. This is because it gave them hope of actually surviving and them for us to take it away from them was magnificent! :-))

The Result: We played crap in the first half and went 2-0 down. But in the second half, we played amazing. We managed to get a lucky goal from Vassel after a keeping error, then (the highlight of my day) Angel opened his account for the club then to top it all off, Merson scored a sublime goal that sealed Coventrys fate and sent them hurtling to the First Division.

The best game I`ve seen was Aberdeen beat Rangers to win the 1990 Scottish Cup. Our team started to fall apart after that but soon we`ll be back challenging Rangers/Celtic for trophies. The tournament I wish I was at, was the 1986 World cup in Mexico . Maradona`s goals against England and Belgium were sheer class.

well i only been to few football matches. I just usually watch them on sky.

As u can probably guess my idol is Gabriel Batistuta. Well i went to see the Man Utd Fiorentina game a few seasons ago in the champions league and it was wicked to see him score the first goal, I actually felt like cheering! In the end i got the best of both worlds when United came back and won the game.

Ive said it before, Ill say it again - The best match I have ever been to was Liverpool v Newcastle at Anfield in April of 1997. It finished 4-3 to the Pool, this was the second match we had beaten Newcastle 4-3 in two seasons, and both games we scored the winner in the last minute.
I sat in the Kop, high up in the stand and had an excellent view. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible, the occassion was something to remember as no-one thought the match the previous season could be bettered but this one beats it just. Fowler in the last minute with a header that sent the stadium into oblivion. We had given away a three goal lead and some people were actually leaving the ground five minutes from the end - I was so nearly tempted to leave aswell but I just knew we could get that winner. What a match - Easily the best I have ever been to!!
